Order Progress Page

Here is an easy to understand status report for your orders.
Please find your order numbers on the list to see how your order is progressing through our systems.
Orders may show more than one indicator at any one time, this is normal.
Stock may be either at our main office or at our Japanese facility. Some stock transfers may be required to fulfill your order before shipping.
If your order number is not shown (this list is updated manually) your order has either fully shipped from us (check your emails) or your order was placed within the last 24-48 hours.

In transit items are running a bit slower due to shipping constraints. Please be patient, we will have those items soon!

Legend:
- ‘payment pending’ – Order still to be paid.
- ‘awaiting layby final payment’ – Order on ‘layby’ and is partially paid.
- ‘partially in stock’ – Order has items in stock at our main office and is waiting for the remaining items to arrive before order can be shipped.
- ‘awaiting release’ – Pre-order item(s) yet to be released.
- ‘awaiting shipping from supplier’ – Items are either ordered from the supplier, have just released (if ‘pre-order’), or waiting to be shipped from our Japanese facility.
- ‘in transit’ – Items have EITHER shipped from the supplier OR from our external warehouse facility in Japan and are on their way to our main office for processing (usually takes 1-3 weeks). Estimated arrival times at our main office will be shown for these items.
- ‘processing’ – Order is fully in stock, and is awaiting packing and shipping.
- ‘packed’ – Order packed, and awaiting shipping.
- ‘partially shipped’ – Order partially shipped.

Due to ‘Golden Week’ holidays in Japan, our overflow warehouse will be closed until May 11th. Transfers and new releases will be delayed by 1-2 weeks.
